NVIDIA Vulkan Ray Tracing Tutorial is a progressive Vulkan 1.4 tutorial site by Martin-Karl Lefrancois at NVIDIA (nvpro-samples), version 2.0, that converts a raster foundation sample into a working ray tracer across eight compilable phases.
It covers VK_KHR_acceleration_structure, ray tracing pipelines, ray queries, the shader binding table, and physically based shading. Companion pages cover setup, concepts such as BRDF and MIS, twenty-plus samples, and a glTF 2.0 path-tracer reference using modern Vulkan and Slang shaders.
It is for intermediate graphics programmers who know Vulkan raster basics and have a ray-tracing GPU and driver. CMake and C++ familiarity helps.
Access is a free GitHub Pages site with clone and CMake build steps for the tutorial repo and nvpro_core2.
It is useful as a checkpointed path from raster Vulkan code to industry-style ray tracing plumbing.

Alan Zucconi's A gentle introduction to shaders in Unity3D (June 2015) is part one of his Gentle Introduction series on alanzucconi.com, aimed at Unity developers new to GPU programs. It connects vertices, materials, and shaders in Unity's pipeline, covering ShaderLab Properties and SubShader layout, inspector uniforms, Queue tags, ZTest, and the surface-versus-vertex/fragment split for lighting versus effects. Little prior shader knowledge is assumed; fixed-function shaders are skipped as obsolete.
