Description
The Graphics Programming Conference (GPC) is an international event focused on real-time and interactive graphics programming. Founded in 2024, it targets graphics programmers, technical directors, researchers, game developers, and students working on games, stylized film, or interactive applications.
Talks cover production rendering techniques, shader development, engine architecture, and research ideas tested in shipping projects. Recent programs include keynotes, dual-track presentations, and hands-on masterclass workshops. Khronos Group and major studios have presented sessions on topics such as voxel GI and Vulkan ray tracing in production.
The conference rotates in Breda, Netherlands, hosted at the STRND venue (Slingerweg 76) with capacity for roughly 400 attendees in the primary room plus a 100-seat secondary track. Recent editions run multi-day schedules with registration, catering, and evening networking.
Tickets are sold through graphicsprogrammingconference.com with early-bird pricing; the 2026 edition advertises returning to Breda with sponsors including NVIDIA, EA SEED, and Superluminal. It is smaller and more practitioner-focused than SIGGRAPH but easier to reach for European engine and graphics specialists.
Known among real-time graphics developers as a growing regional conference for production-minded talks; less universal than SIGGRAPH but increasingly cited in weekly graphics newsletters and industry event calendars.
